The problem
Every new client needed a custom integration for their sourcing platform. Each was a one-off engineering project, which stretched the team and delayed go-live.
The approach
- Built a Workflow Management Service from the ground up for Intake ticketing.
- Designed Integration Studio as a configurable layer: adapters, mappings, and triggers without per-client code.
- Standardized the data contract so new platforms slot in rather than requiring bespoke work.
